experience . Cryomilling System is an ideal solution, where the
resulting frictional heat in conventional dry grinding is extremely
detrimental to end quality of powders.

- Pre- cooling of feed materials

Cryo -Media usedDue to low boiling point &
inert characteristic, Liquid Nitrogen & Liquid Carbon Dioxide are
ideal for cryogenic cooling & subsequent milling with homogeneous
heat transfer. Liquid carbon dioxide & liquid nitrogen provide
sub-zero temperature levels down to minus 50°C and minus 150°C
respectively. These cryogens are safe at use & environment friendly.
Cryo - Milling Application : For fine
pulverizing of many thermo plastics & other heat sensitive
materials which are, otherwise, difficult to grind under conventional
dry grinding. Products containing valuable properties, like pungency,
aroma, volatile matter, oil and fat, viscosity, moisture, texture,
colour etc. are best pulverized retaining valuable properties to its
maximum extent.
