Chemical / Pigment Grinding System : 

 Available in Batch Type as well as Continuous Type systems :

 (A)   Batch Type -

• In this system feeding is from top and collection at bottom - manually.
• For change of container, machine to stop, change container and restart the equipment. Hence known it Batch Type.  Generally used where frequent     start-n-stop is required.
• Capacity range from 30 kg/hr upto 2 TPH depending on type and kind of application.
• Fineness attainable upto 25 microns. 
• Easy cleaning when multi products to be handled.
• Mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.
• Easily movable.

 (B)   Continuous Type -

• Screenless, single stage equipment.
• For feed size 10 mm to 20 mm.
• Capacity range 50 - 200 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.
• Fineness attainable upto 90-95% particles passing through 200 Mesh BSS.
• Equipment available with Pneumatic Conveying System consists of cyclone separator, dust collector (Open Type Dust Collector / Pulse Jet Dust Collector) and rotary air lock valve
• For chemical material, we have in-house trial test facility for providing right and yet economical solution
• For pigments application, equipments with in-built facility available to provide chilled water and chilled air circulation for cool grinding.
