Batch Type :

• In this system feeding is from top and collection at bottom - manually.
• For change of container, machine to stop, change container and restart the equipment. Hence known it Batch Type.  Generally used where frequent start-n-stop is required.
• Application requires two stage grinding i.e. 1^st stage in Hammer Crusher for Coarse grinding and 2^nd stage in Mikro Pulveriser for Fine grinding. Useful where different variety of products to be pulverized.
• Capacity 20 to 75 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.
• Fineness attainable 90-95% particles passing through 60 Mesh BSS.
• Easy cleaning when multi products to be handled.
• Mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.
• Easily movable

Continuous Type -

• Screenless, single stage equipment.
• For feed size 10 mm to 20 mm
• Capacity range of 50 - 200 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.
• Fineness attainable 90-95% particles passing through 200 Mesh BSS.
• Equipment available with Pneumatic Conveying System consists of cyclone separator, dust collector (Open Type Dust Collector / Pulse Jet Dust Collector) and rotary air lock valve
