Batch Type :
- In this system feeding is from top and collection at bottom - manually.
- For change of container, machine to stop, change container and restart the equipment. Hence known it Batch Type. Generally used where frequent start-n-stop is required.
- Application requires two stage grinding i.e. 1st stage in Hammer Crusher for Coarse grinding and 2nd stage in Mikro Pulveriser for Fine grinding. Useful where different variety of products to be pulverized.
- Capacity 20 to 75 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.
- Fineness attainable 90-95% particles passing through 60 Mesh BSS.
- Easy cleaning when multi products to be handled.
- Mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.
- Easily movable
Continuous Type -
- Screenless, single stage equipment.
- For feed size 10 mm to 20 mm
- Capacity range of 50 - 200 kg/hr. depending on type and kind of application.
- Fineness attainable 90-95% particles passing through 200 Mesh BSS.
- Equipment available with Pneumatic Conveying System consists of cyclone separator, dust collector (Open Type Dust Collector / Pulse Jet Dust Collector) and rotary air lock valve
